Hi I am on virgin media vip 10 meg pack with cable modem through ethrenet cable, rung their broadband helpline this morning at 8am just got off phone, guy was so helpful, he went through firewalls, internet options, IP addresses, protocols, safe mode etc and so on and it was all very confusing but whatever he did I can now load www.proflowers.com and thank god because my sister had a tornado yesterday in St. Louis and now I have even more reason to send her something nice as her new roof got ripped off :-(
