    Hi, The Lincolnshire Education dept will not tel me over the phone because of the Data Protection Act...Guess will just have to wait and be paitent..(Not my strongest point)!!lol...

    Which is a bit of a laugh seeing as letters have been going to the wrong addresses and have been opened by other people!!

    My son didn't get his first choice school and is gutted. Wish I hadn't put a 2nd choice but I thought we HAD to. There are only two schools in our town. Whilst I am waiting for the appeal forms to arrive, can I contact his first choice school and put his name on the waiting list?

    If you hadn't put a 2nd choice the LEA would just have put you anywhere.
