    You meant the questionnare in store?

    sorry my mistake, I meant the paper questionnaire given by store,
    I actually got one from Dreams, Staple Corner London. I went in and mention the promotion, the salesman said I was honest about my intention so I got one without really going through the demonstration.

    I had to go through the demonstration, filled in the paper questionnare and gave it to the store assistant. I hope it was actually posted as I have not received my pillow yet. It was last Sunday but it was not Dreams, just a store which listed as a Tempur stockist.

    I post the form myself and it took about 10 days for it to arrive so hopefully yours will arrive soon.

    Mine took so long to arrive I emailed them to find out where it had got to!

    By the way the code people are referring to is one which is also printed on the form and is unique to each form - consisting of letters and numbers. It's not a store code, it is related to the form, I guess so people can't make it up and fill in the online form without going through the demo....
  • I have watched the promotional video - twice! When I informed the people working in Dreams I needed a code they new nothing about it and told me to ring Tempur to complain is Tempur say a code is required on the online form - I emailed Tempur yesterday to explain and said if the people in Dreams are not aware of the need for a code for the online form there's nothing more I can do so it's not really good if they don't send me a pillow.

    I have been shopping near the store and went back to ask. They said they have just posted all the questionnares out to Tempur as they are posting them in bulk order... I am regretting not posting it myself as it would been so much quicker!! :( They said you dont need a code if you fill in the questionnare in store..

    I went to John lewis and done it Friday , it took about 10 mins filled out the form didn't like the mattress too soft for me . They said they post the forms off . So if I don't get anything by next week I'll have to go back into the store . Went into dream I think they have just given all the forms to their mates/ families as I Enquires in 2 stores and was immediately told they don't have any forms !!! So will watch and wait

    Got an email from Tempur today 'Unfortunately either some required data is missing or the correct promotional code from the questionnaire given to you by one of the participating Tempur stockists was not entered.' and they cannot send me the pillow! Now I have to go to the stockists and do the demo ("again"). Also email says 'After the demonstration, you will be given a questionnaire that you can either fill out and send by free post, or online and enter the promotional code which you can find at the bottom of the paper questionnaire.' I guess each questionnaire has a unique number assigned to it which you can use for online application if you want order processed quicker.
