    My local Dreams had run out of forms,but said they would get some more and contact me when in. They did this and I went back to collect form. Took my 85 year old Mum with and got forms for both of us last Friday.
    My pillow arrived with the post this morning.
    Nice man in Dreams told us he had ordered one for everyone in his family at different addresses as had the other staff -so that could explain why there are no forms left in the shops!!!

    I really liked the mattresses when I tried them. They are really expensive though, so will be looking for deals on them. This will be a good way to test them out.
