• I think the hard copies each have a unique code already printed on them. However, Dreams did not have any paper forms and gave me the link to one online. This online form requires a code to be entered - but Dreams deny a code is required and advised me to complain to Tempur about this.

i got the same message you didnt fill all questions and code have replied to email lets see what happens????
• After persisting a bit with Tempur (emailing to explain what had happened on my 2 visits to Dreams) I got an email today telling me they would send a hard copy of the form to my address with the unique code on it - I can either fill this in and send it back or fill in the online version entering the code given on the hard copy

I got the email from Tempur too and after explaining that I went into a store and did the demonstration they said they'd mail me the questionnaire required so I can re-apply for my pillow that way so all has ended well!

What e-mail did you use to contact them? I sent 2 e-mails to customerservice@tempur.co.uk but they are not replying..

They emailed from personal emails stating that the online questionnaire I did was invalid so I just replied to that. I think they're getting round to everyone so you should get an email soon if you did the online survey and didn't have a code

I also got e-mail from marketing@tempur.co.uk stating that I need a code. I pressed "reply" to this e-mail and wrote explaining that I had my demonstration in store. Had no reply yet. Did you use this e-mail?

I got an email yesterday telling me the same thing. Very frustrating though when you have spent time going through the promotion and Dreams deny any knowledge of a code etc.

The original email I got was from marketing email, when I replied with an explanation why I have't added the code a nice lady emailed from personal email and asked to confirm my home address and which store I've been to. Should get the questionnaire in 3-5 days! :) Hope they're not cross-checking the answers on online and hard copy coz cannot remember all the answers!..

Yup, I replied to this email and someone on a personalised Tempur email got back to me a few days later.
