I still haven't received my pillow, has anyone else after the initial bunch (I think this is when they put in the line in red at the end of the survey saying no promo code no pillow) got theirs yet?0

My local Dreams also told me that the form is online and a code isn't required. When my pillow didn't arrive I emailed Tempur. The reply I got stated that my details were on the database to receive a letter why I wouldn't receive the pillow (because I didn't enter a code).0

I think they've copped onto people getting the URL for the pillows them. Ah, that sucks I genuinely did the demo at Dreams and they ran out of forms in store. I might try again online with a slightly different name just to check!0

Not sure if it helps but it did state on the form I had that it was "until stocks last" or words to that effect. I don't know if maybe they ran out? I've seen so many listed on ebay its stupid and looks as if in some cases one person has listed a whole load of them. Personally I think this is just greedy as it means genuine people are more likely to lose out, I hope things work out for you all though it may be worth asking them if the promo is still on and if they are still sending out pillows.0

When I emailed Dreams after not receiving the pillow they said I needed to go back to Dreams and ask for a code - and they said promotion is running until 6/6/12 - so I don't think they have run out of pillows. I've been back to Dreams and they deny that a special code is required and if Tempur insist that it is I should ring Tempur and complain - As I've been in email contact with them I've emailed again and explained this and said I was frustrated by the process and would be grateful if they'd just send a pillow as there's nothing more I can do0
