mine took 3 weeks to arrive and i had to email them as the first one never turned up.bit sneaky but you could try that?or email them and explain that you really are looking to buy a pillow.i found their customer service excellent so worth a try.

Sorry to bump an old thread. I never got my pillow - I totally forgot about it until I received an email saying 'hope you are enjoying your pillow'. I emailed them saying I never received the pillow and they sent me one out which I received today! :j

I DID do the demonstration though and it's a really lovely pillow!!

Same here, had the email last week sometime and just replied saying I hadnt got it, arrived this morning, just had a little nap (for research purposes )

Same here, after receiving the email which said hope you enjoyed your pillow I've replied to it as I haven't received it. Got one in on Monday, didn't tried it yet though

Haven't had the email yet, but they have apparentlly sent me out two pillows at which point I told them to give up. I suspect me have a very comfortable employee of the post office around here somewhere - assuming it is delivered by the post office?

So I responded saying that I'd not had it, they apologised, sent me one out and I'm sitting very comfortably on the sofa thanks...:beer:

Saw this free pillow advert on the John Lewis website (link) - looks as though the promo's running again.

The questionnaires have to be returned by 7th Dec 2012 (though it seems to be for new applicants only, according to the T&Cs).

I missed this last time around but thanks OP and all contributers on this thread - it's very useful to have some background info before I pack my nightie and go to the store to try these mattresses!
