    My pillow's arrived! It's in a zipped bag with cord handles like the ones in the shop, it doesn't look like a specially produced free sample. Very nice. Thank you Tempur! icon14.gif

    Just for info - it came by Royal Mail van and took 8 days after sending off the application form.

    Hope everyone gets theirs soon! :)

    Tempur did this via John Lewis last year (iirc) or maybe it was JL I was in, go into store, check out the mattresses, a member of staff gives you a form, fill it in and post it off. :j

    last years came through the post direct from tempur. Fab sized pillow for little ones in the car or lumbar support on the sofa if you have back problems.

    I tried to do this. Filled in the form. Nothing arrived, though they said they had sent it out. They then sent out another one when I told them, still nothing arrived. I suspect there is a very comfortable postal employee somewhere, I just wish they would send them trackable!

    Received an email from Customer Services this week allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of the pillows.

    I sent off for one of these a day after the feed was first posted and have not heard a single thing. No email nothing. What are the chances I won't get my pillow at all?
