Well mine was all done in Sep approx and did the questionaire and still nothing so just sent email to them I think 4 months is long enough of a wait...

I still have not recieved my free pillow and it must be well over 6 months now - I emailed them back in December and was told they were out of stock and it would be sent end of Jan 2014 - still no sign of it?? Just emailed them again and awaiting their response!

not got mine, sent them an email in dec and got told one would be sent end of jan but it wasnt so got on twitter and asked again in beginning of feb - said that lots went missing in post and they are out of stock from denmark, should be back in stock and sent end of Feb - the phrase "when pigs fly" comes to mind!!

No furniture village in Bath, but the same promotion is running in TRHayes on London Street - it's advertised on the homepage of their website hope that helps someone local.
