I haven't had any chocolate either - actually I haven't had any since Christmas. I had a bad cough back then and chocolate made it worse and that helped put me off it for good (so far).

A bit of a different list for tomorrow which will be easy for some and a pain for others!

I've been to the pub for dinner today and food shopping. Other than that not a lot done.

S&Sing done, meal plan done, frog list sort of done, decluttering done. Will hoover tomorrow as I've made a mess with piles of paperwork on the floor and my head is hurting now so they are staying there while I have a hot bath and a glass of lucozade. Who said early middle-age was boring? :rotfl:

Aha. I like the Tuesday list. My neglected room might be the garage. It's not really a garage, was converted, has laminate floor and plastered and painted walls and ceiling. But it's a bit messy. I've tried to keep it down, and it's huge amounts better than 6 months ago, but could use a bit more attention.
I'll also do a proper frog list.

That is, of course, after I've been to work, grr :-(

    Evening ladies

Well I managed a few more things but not the jam making :( , all work gear's ironed for the week (most unusual for me as its normally pulled out of the ironing basket and done just before I need to put it on), scones made and a Coffee SPonge for DH as he moaned that noone ever makes his favourite! Just need to make the buttercream but I think I'll leave that for DD for tomorrow. Currently waiting to collect her from the U16's disco which doesnt finish until 10pm. I'd much rather she hadnt gone but Dh said yes and then asked me to collect her, so much for me taking it easy with a glass of wine on my last day off!

Also sat here trying to 'cuddle' doogie while trying to stop her scratching her sore skin, and me trying to apply cream to said sore bits. Poor thing is quite distressed so it might be a vet trip if she doesnt settle down over the next day or so (have some outstanding tabs from last episode so not neglecting her).

Still need to think about a meal plan but at last I know there is a lasagne and plenty of salad in the fridge I can do for tea tomorrow. Will have a think about what neglected area to tackle when I get in from work tomorrow.

Greenbee - its ok I knew you hadnt been well of late. Are your parents in the BM area itself, I wasnt sure whether they were there or the GM area where the other linked surgery is. Traffic was certainly mad to say the least and I believe was being diverted all over the place.

Right I better go find DD. Will see you all tomorrow evening :D

    Hi Everyone

I fell off the wagon today - a combination of getting carried away sorting out my bedroom (although it is looking sooo much nicer now :D) and our friends turning up earlier than expected. I did have a good go at the list though. They only left 30 minutes ago so I think that will be that for today.

    Easter Monday

Write list of what's in the freezer to meal plan

We are off to a theme park with the kids tomorrow so limited FLYing to be done. Will aim to leave the kitchen tidy and the beds made before we leave to start a fresh on Wednesday.

Have a good day tomorrow all :)

Meant to add, I made the famous twinks hobnob recipe this morning. Very nice biccies. Only baked half and froze rest of dough, but they were great. Note I say "were".

Lol it wasn't me though, we baked as DS friends mum had invited us all to play and I don't like to go empty handed on a first visit... So the tots ate some and the rest we left there.

Hope you got DD back and managed a nice glass of wine and an early night before going back to work. You may not have made the jam, but at least you're prepared for the week ahead.

My dad built the little surgery that has now been rebuilt and expanded and was always based there (before there was a surgery, he was based in the village hall and the GM one was in the back of one of the other doctors' houses). They're a couple of miles away in a tiny village with no shop, no school, no pub - just two post boxes and a church!

Have had a bath but that's it. Am now in bed with hot water bottles and am about to take my evening pills which on top of the Epsom salts in the bath should send me to sleep fairly swiftly!
