Weekly Flylady Thread 9th April 2012

Have sold awaiting collection 13 Dvds (local group with no fees) and have some stuff on ebay.

DS1's bed changed and laundered. He has spent the day in bed (migraine) and now is attached to his phone again. :mad:

Had a walk in the rain this morning with DH & DS2. Pretended we were on holiday as rain wouldn't put us off then.

Trifle has been made (my favourite)

Hunters chicken is for dinner, yum yum.

DH is back to work tomorrow so proper flying needs to resume.

Thanks Pigpen - I've been away downloading from another link which put the new one on and then I clicked fix which downloaded lots of updates (even though the other one was updated every day) and the nasty red shield has gone and the security centre seems happy. We'll see what it's like when I put it on tomorrow! I can't face restarting again today for about the fourth time!

Hi folks

I didn't have any choccie either :T

Whole house has been cleaned from top to bottom, inc the shower tray and oven, took me 5 hours in total but all done.:j:j

Was going to do the garden but it has rained all day, so I decluttered a 3 hour sleep instead, as did the cat on my feet!!:D

Been ebaying like mad, and got 7 bids on 7 items already, so I guess a lot of folk are at home and nothing better to do but look in on ebay! :T been back up in the loft in my old school trunk and been putting that stuff on ebay, not seen the stuff for years...........so clearly I don't need it!

All more for the holiday fund!

Have a good week if I don't get time to pop in, as it is end of year accounts / payroll / vat so my time will be even more tied up.

Am hoping to get over to Bletchley Park as it seems my father's cousin (he is in his 80's) is planning a trip there in May, and wants to know access / opening times / costs / discounts etc etc so I have looked on their site, but I might treat myself to a trip there, never been, lived in this area for 20+ years

Friends have gone..had a great time and thanks to DS1 :Aeverything is almost tidy again.

kids fed Im not..dont know what to have..might end up with egg on toast..then Im off for a bath

Lamewolf is there a reason you dont have a dog of your own..you really are the perfect owner...ignore me if you want ..you just seem a little sad inbetween your doggy visits xx

Kazm sorry I wasn't around at the weekend. I was really grotty and am back on antibiotics :-( satnav sent me all the way round via Leziate and out at Setchey so I assumed the traffic must have been dire... Horse trials in BM and the races probably didn't help... There we're masses of horse boxes when I went up on Friday.

Will try to be in this week. My spare room is nearly finished (just the floor to varnish I think), as is the bedroom (just round the window). I have a couple of bits of furniture in the bedroom to clean and polish properly, and then want to put the blind and curtain pole up and decide which curtains are going back in there.

I'm looking forward to being able to start reclaiming upstairs!

Nope.. I had none too!

My kitchen is sparkly, I vacuumed right through downstairs.. bunny needs mucking out.. I am down to 1 wash basket full
The boys room is clean and tidy..

The beasties are back ... early for a change.. why can KH not do that on a school night?

DS3's bloods have been all over, he had a hypo after an insubstantial breakfast and didn't recheck after dealing with it.. and KH didn't make sure he did the full insulin dose so he did 2 units less than he should so it looks like another correction tonight.

Dot has got the hang of this food thing and is actually smiling for a change!

Bed time for the grubs I think.. Tomorrow we are doing the girls room.. it is in desperate need of some major flinging.

did basics for today
and been mostly doing cross stitch and watching family play rockband
made soup for dinner and hm vanilla icecrream to use up some cream - tastes yum

Hi ladies, I'll join you again please. I've done nothing today, not long been back from my parents' having been there since Saturday. DH has been at work so the house looks pretty ok. Will make a start tomorrow. I have a HHI still needing doing.
