Meal plan for next week done... Wonder whether I will stick to it? Washing on the line. It is sunny outside but bitterly cold so I don't really feel like gardening. However, the lawn will have to be mowed when the washing comes in. I have another two loads to do, but will do them over the next couple of days.
Slowly clearing up and getting stuff put away, but it's a bit like musical chairs... Things need to be done in the right order, and I really need to think about what is going where in the longer term. After several months of thinking about it, I'm pretty sure that a shelf in the bathroom for clean towels is sensible as it will free up space in the airing cupboard.
The disruption from all this work is driving me crazy, but hopefully once it is done, that will be it for another ten years, and once the big stuff is done, it won't be more than a coat of paint anyway!0 -

Eeeee I know haha! and that's not including the other wardrobe that's full  I am however hanging up things that would usually be in drawers but at the moment she hasn't got any but she still has far too many clothes.
Investigated a howling draught in my downstairs toilet, it's blowing a hoolie in there, what I want to know is, if it's been properly insulated and sealed from the outside, where is it coming from? question will be posed to my local council, let's see what they come up with....*rolls eyes*
Teenie has hoovered :T I'm going to watch 'A Night to Remember' with a cuppa and the biscuit tin.
Greenbee You've done incredibly well dealing with building works especially as you've not been well, it will all be worth it in the end, bet it looks as fabulous as it sounds x0 -

Hi ladies,
unpacked the car, laundry on and shopping away - rockstar life!!
Going to start a few HHC's - anyone fancy joining me? Laundry and emptying the cases first, then put them away..
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Off to see the outlaws - without DH - again
It was MIL's birthday on Friday, Nephew's today (4) & BIL's on Tuesday. DH delivered the presents yesterday, but I have had a text asking if we are going over anyway. Luckily, I have finished my uni work, so I can go. DS & DD2 are coming, DD1 is staying here.
Beef casserole is in the SC for dinsI need to empty the TD & reload before we go (I attempted hanging it out, but CBA to do the hokey cokey!)
I will be back flying, hopefully next week - until the next deadline looms!!
Hugs, sticks & spoons to those that need them, esp L-L & Toots (if she is lurking)0 -
Lawn mowed front and back. Must remember to weedkill it on Wednesday. Good news... Next door's eyesore concrete garage is being dismantled tomorrow. I saw a 'wanted' on freegle and told them about it last weekend as I know they wanted to get rid of it, so I'm pleased it has worked out
Embb ... I know it will be worth it, I just want it to be easier to keep clean and tidy, which has been the logic behind all the changes I have made. One day I will stop trying to improve it and get on with having a life...
Catching up on the pile of unread mailneed to start clearing up the study tomorrow so I can keep on top of personal paperwork and work
