Hi there,
I too have been scammed!!!! But thanks to the folks on this forum I have had guidance how to right this wrong. Sooo....what had happended was I had ordered two items (nettoyer slimming tablets and iforcemaxx liquid) on the free 14day trial. The ad stated that you only pay 4.99 and 4.95 for the shipping of each item. One FREE item arrived in a couple of days but one did not arrive at all. I recieved a package approx 14 days later and thought "OH THE OTHER FREE ITEM HAS ARRIVED"......WRONG. This was when I noticed that my bank account had been charged 89.99 and 99.95 for the second batch as I had not cancelled the subscription within the 14days. I assumed the items were supposed to be used in conjunction so questioned...how can I cancel when I had not recieved the trial items to see how good they were or not. Anyhoooo...I called the customer phone line (08081891278) and spoke to a gentleman called Chris. Initially he agreed to give me £20 off the price as a goodwill gesture. I persisted with the same point re: not being able to trial the items and offered to send all items back as I was so unhappy with the offer. I also informed him that my bank are aware of this issue and that their fraud team were willing to continue looking into the matter. He went off to "speak to someone" and came back with an offer of refunding my account to the tune of £130 and cancellation of the order and that I need not send back the items. I agreed to this and await this refund. It's not the total amount but it's something. I can't believe I fell for this!! I'm sticking to good ol exercise from now on.
I'll let you know how it goes.0 -
I also fell for the "free trial". I received the two products and didnt use them then a couple of weeks later I received another 2 bottles so I quickly checked my online bank statement to find I had been charged £190!! I immediately rang the customer services number but it was constantly a busy tone. Eventually after constantly ringing the number I got through tonan American who told me they strictly did not give refunds and that the terms and conditions were clearly stated. He said as a goodwill gesture he could give me half the money back for each product. Eventually I turned on the waterworks, the man got really uncomfortable and said if I send the products back he would refund me the full amounts. I received all the money back into my account this morning0

Hi, lidwina. Sorry to hear you've been caught up in this too.
If you've opened the package but not the item you should be able to return it. If you've already consumed part of the product I doubt that any seller of any product would accept it back.
There's lots of good advice from various posters on this thread, so I won't repeat it all again but suggest you read through the entire thread once more. But briefly, if you've paid with a debit card, you should ring your bank and get them to accept no further requests for payments, as others have done. Then you need to ring the supplier. It may take a while to get through, but at least it's free to call from a landline. You need to be firm but don't lose your temper or be abusive. See how others in this thread have got on. In particular, 578mia did very well!
Let us know how you get on. This will help others who view this thread.Wearing my other one today.0 -
Have read their terms and conditions. Am trying to cancel by email per section 14 below (14.1.4) Will see how it goes.

I'm sorry about how many people have fallen for this scam but, if something like this happens to you, as soon as you realise there is a problem CANCEL YOUR CARD! Yes its an inconvenience but a minor one compared to losing fairly large sums of money to a ripoff company. Obviously report it to your bank as well but do not rely on them to refund you money or to stop the payment, what a bank will do in these cirumstances varies a lot from bank to bank. Be warned, this type of offer is almost always a scam - at the very least you will be pestered with phone calls and at worst you will lose money.2020 Wins:
