I to have been sucked in by this free trial but by total cleanse as well.
Didnt realise until yesterday a second lot of supplies turn up two weeks after the first and £89 and £99 lighter in my bank account any ideas how i can cancel and get a refund much help needed.
Sorry to hear you've been sucked into this as well.
You need to ring the suport number in the documentation you received in the package asap. Above, ohdear123 gave this as 08081891278. You may have to hang on for a while before you get a support person, but note that 0808 numbers are free from a landline.
Don't get angry with the support person but get their name and explain you want to cancel and send back the product for a refund (this will be at your expense - we used recorded delivery, you could also add insurance if you wanted). Get the support person to update your customer record with notes on your call, i.e. you rang to cancel and want a refund. Hopefully, they will agree to a refund, but they may only do this on receipt of the goods; you may have to ring them to request cancellation after they have received the goods. If you do have to ring back, having the notes of your previous call on your customer record should speed things up.
You say the money is coming out of your bank a/c (not a credit card), in which case, if you get no offer of a refund, ring your bank and see what they can do for you, i.e. cancel the payment (they'll likely charge for this but it'll be less than £180!).Wearing my other one today.0 -
My wife has also been stung. Got offer 2 weeks ago and then suddenly 2 more packs arrive and £190 deducted from her current A/C. Did not read the very small print.
Followed advice on forum and rang the customer number and eventually got through. Girl was pleasant enough but said not allowed to return goods for refund. Offered to pay back 50% and this was a take it or leave it offer.
Also rang bank fraud section who have cancelled any further transactions with this company.0 -
i havent ordered this product but they sent it to me anyway and appear to have my debit card details and email address??? it wasnt until i looked it up and came across this page that i realised the full extent of the scam. i have reported it to my bank, they have reimbursed the 4.99 and cancelled any other payments that iforce maxx may try to take and it is being looked into. i still have not managed to get through to customer support so will not be sending anything back.0

I too got sucked in by 'just pay the postage and packing fee' then two weeks later two of the same product arrived and £190.00 less on my credit card!!! phoned the number and 'Melissa' said I can't return edible products as they may have been tampered with! so I had to agree with 50% reduction as she claimed they were just a third party and not the retailer.....buyers beware with this product!!!!0

I have just become the next victim of this scam!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased the 'trial' pills (both iforcemax and total cleanse) then went on holiday; came back today to find two parcels waiting at the local post office for collection, and yes, you guessed it, more pills!!!!
I contacted my credit card company and they confirmed that two payments had gone out to them for a grand total of £190 which they can't do anything about. They informed me that they would try and stop any further payments being taken but these two would stand. The woman at the other end said they knew ALL about this company and I would be wise to return the products and try for a refund!
I contacted the phone number provided by leaphaze and have got 50% off but can't return the products for a full refund as they are 'medial products'. 'Mark' informed me that I dont' have to put anything in writing but he will stop any further dispatches being sent to me until I request them - should I believe him? If not, who do I send the cancellation notice to????0 -
I had this with the total clean.
I rang my bank for advise.
I rang the company and mentioned fraud if they did not stop any further payments now that I had told them.
I then said about no communication, no invoice, no email about what any monies would be for. I suggested deal with me as a reputable firm and refund the £99.95 due to lack of communication
OR deal with me bank fraud and help dept who will act on my behalf with a not reputable company who has not communicated but just taken monies.
My bank had said their help line would fight on my behalf if I got no luck.
It worked no probs, didnt even ask for any of the stuff back.
Hope this helps.
Maybe we need to contact these "freeoffer" emails that list all these things that swamp you???0 -
So, I sadly fell for this scam.
It said 4.99 FREE trial so why they charged us 89 thereafter is pathetic. Just checked my bank statement and they have indeed taken 89.00 from me.
I am on hold with iForcemaxx and have been on hold for ages. A man just came on the phone and asked what id like, and i told him I want to cancel and he's put me back on hold. I somehow feel like I am now going to be waiting an extremely long time!
Should I cancel my debit card?0 -
I just called him and they first began by saying that they will not refund me the 89 pounds. They claim that the HCG bottle i received is the 30 day trial not the 14 day trial bottle which means I have ONLY received the 30 day bottle and the free trial was bogus as I hadn't received any free trial. After being extremely abrupt with the man on the phone I told him how it is pathetic that they take the money from me even though I haven't even seen the HCG trial bottle. After being extremely rude, He then told me he will be refunding me the 89 pounds and resending me a trial bottle of HCG and will also send me a email confirmation and the money should be in my account in 5 working days. The man's name is Patrick.
I do hope that they give me my money as promised and I will never be doing something like this in the future again.0 -

Hi sd24, can you let us know what happens with the refund.
Also be aware that the free trial is just the start and they'll try to take another £89 after 14 days. Others in this thread have asked their bank to reject any further requests for payment from this company. Might be an idea to discuss this with your bank, rather than cancelling your debit card as you mentioned in your first post.
Please post here either way so others can benefit from your experience.Wearing my other one today.0
