    Lol, just reading through this and laughing at the hedge, lawn and bush references, I've only a back yard with an oil tank and pump, does that count??

    Dunno if it's the tank, pump, a dozed hose, or if yours is the same make and model, but mine has developed a bit of a drip at times. I think the shut off valves need looked at, once you get 55+ :)

    I feel your pain. Last time i was in NI,the nightspots of Ballymena seemed unappealing !
    Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
