    Hi Fridaycat
I must have missed your update.

How's it going with the hammock?

Are they queuing up to use it or is it Lulu's sole domain?

PS - loved the photo of Lulu on the cat tree hammock - but she does know that she was only up there because Robbie was more interested in the pink fluffy stuff, doesn't she? :)

She looks very contented! And she has the most amazing eyes!

Can you ask Harry to hurry as I'd like to see what it's like for the larger cat...Felix might like one of these but he is about 8kgs....and if he gets his pram/pushchair, he isn't having a hammock!

I bought a cat radiator bed which is a little bit like a hammock from Argos for £10. I had to buy a second one because our two cats love it so much

So far, Lula is the main user of the hammock, though Spot and Friday have also ventured on there!

And, yes, Robbie does love his pink feathers! (goes with his coat :D)

See above - so far, our two largest cats - Harry and Robbie - have only had a sniff at it, not tried to sleep on it. I'll shove Harry on there later and see how we get on (I'll blame you for the scars :rotfl:)

I'd thought about one of those, but didn't know if it would get a little too hot when then radiators were on, also this hammock is completely portable, so you can have it wherever you (and the cats) like ;)

    Lulabelle!!!

It is pretty good, and certainly a great freebie, not suitable for a really large cat though I wouldn't have thought.

I have the same model :p might have to get her one of these hammocks since it seems to be the perfect size.

Yes, but just be aware that Lula is not yet quite fully grown - she's 11 months old, not sure how old yours is ;) But she does definitely like being on there :)

But update on the Harry situation: in aid of research for my fellow MSE-ers, I just ambushed him and amongst much hissing and attempted biting (he's not really one for doing what he doesn't want to :D), I managed to get him on the hammock! For the 1.5 nano-seconds he was on there, I would estimate that he would fit on there OK! However, his weight pushed the fabric of the hammock onto the frame, so I don't know how comfortable it would be for him, hence why he probably chose not to stay on it for long!

(PS - please don't worry about the blood, and the scars. I am sure they will heal in time :rotfl:)

Mine's nearly 7 years old, but she's fairly small (and also still behaves more like a kitten than a grown-up cat :rotfl: )

I do appreciate your efforts and apologies to Harry but no chance for Felix then, the fabric be on the floor and the wooden bit most possibly snapped into.

Sending you a cyber elostoplast :rotfl:
