Yay :j I have finally saved up enough Zooplus points to get the cat hammock I've had my eye on for a while (helped by the very useful free 160 bonus points this week! And of course all the shopping I do on the site :rotfl:) So here it is:

There is only one (5 star) review on the site - has anyone else got this or something similar? What are your thoughts? Anyone else saving up for anything exciting with their Z+ points?

Sorry I can't help with a review, but I just wondered which of your 'tribe' will be using it?
Looking at your pic of Spot curled up comfortably in the cat bed and poor Lulu left outside, would it be Spot?
Or would it be 'first come, first served'?
Or maybe they would layer themselves over who got there first? :rotfl:
I could actually see lovely Robbie in/on there.0 -

There is a hammock area on our cat tree, here is a pic with "your" cat upside down on it :rotfl::
It is always a favourite place for four of the five and is definitely first come, first served, it's only really Harry who doesn't go up there0 -

I think all cats have their own little oddities :rotfl: Thankfully, the Bengals twins seem to like most things that I buy for them, so I think they will use the hammock. And I think Robbie will find his way in there tooI've nothing to lose really I suppose as it is "free", just wondered if anyone had anything similar, was wondering how robust it is

Took mine MONTHS to finally discover that the radiator bed was for them! Despite getting it for Christmas they started using it in the summer when the radiator was off. I do like the hammock though, not sure I have space for it though.0

Do you think one hammock will be enough...I know I would have to buy a few as they would be pushing each other out.
I do love your scratch post, can I ask where you got that one from?0 -

I got it from - where else? - Zooplus :rotfl: It's called the Zeus cat tree, currently costs £119 - here is the link
http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/scratching_posts/ceiling_scratching_trees/15131
It comes in blue or beige.
I don't think one hammock will be enough, but I am already told off all the time by my DH over how the cat stuff takes over the entire house, so I don't think I'll get away with any more :rotfl: I can get away with this one as it's "free". (notwithstanding the £££ I've spent at Z+ to earn the points to buy the hammock )0 -
I don't have a cat and I love it! Am wondering if I could get the puppy to sleep in it0

:rotfl: Well, if you don't have enough points, you can buy it for £23I like the fact that you can have the hammock part swinging or fixed, depending on what your cat (or puppy!) prefers

I bought a cat tree from zooplus, not same as one above but similar, but unfortunately the hammock part didn't last too long and snapped off. My ragdoll loved it, just a shame he wore it out over quickly. Rest of the tree is still going strong and gets plenty of use
I bought a radiator bed from lidls for a fiver, thought it probably wouldn't last very long, but it has been great, even with a large cat using it. I'd definitely risk a fiver on another lidl one again.
I like the look of the wood hung hammock, have seen them on zooplus and been tempted, but resisted as my two are spoilt enough.0
