Hi everyone, im still here lurking in the background. Well still no more debt busting to update on,
BUT i've done really well selling things on Ebay, so far i've managed to sell enough treasures to buy a brand new Kinect (for my sons 12th birthday this sunday) and some new bunk beds for him and his brother :j
im still on the hunt though, its amazing what people buy.Pay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2023 #59 £7008 Paid £570 Owing £6438 #1 H1 £151, #2 H2 £100, #3 O £200, #4 M £1500, #5 Z £295, #6 C1 £340, #7 L £1084, #8 N £840, #9 C2 £19300 -

. Except perhaps some of my clothes which I need to wear otherwise I will scare people .
Try anything and everything! it really is amazing what people will buy, and though alot of people moan about the time compared to when soemthing sells for 99p . . those 99p's add up. I removed £210 fro paypal last week and have another £125 in there again  £29 is ebay fee money so another £96 for my pocket
Weird things ive sold: empty perfume bottles, stupid nicnac games bought for DH when the buyer didnt know what to get him, a bag full of used flower arranging foliage given to me by my nana, 2 wii controller wrist bands
, 2nd hand bras (always to be delivered to a bloke, every time)
Weird things ive heard others have sold: half used make up, half used perfume, really really used shoes (sorry couldnt make myself do this, mine go in the bin when they get manky), tights with holes
So I dont chuck anything (well apart from the manky shoes/knickers/tights) in the bin without a try on ebay first
EDIT: oh and if you have something to post thats over 1kg, under 2kg and relatively thin (can fit in a jiffy bag) look at collect+ as they charge £3.99 as apposed to royal mails £4.41 standard parcels £4.90 first class  and if oyu go through parcel2go's website they do a 5% discount voucher on their facebook page, making it £3.87 (paying via paypal)SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
Well I've put myself on M@tch.com and I don't know what to think to be honest. How can you tell if you have chemistry or if he's a nice guy just from a photo and a blurb that I found difficult to write myself...?
Anyhoo, sounds like you guys are having lovely conversations about knickers, used shoes and holey tights... KERRI, JAKES-MUM - it's always you two!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:New Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

I met my beloved (most of the time) Mr S on POF. I did meet a lot of frogs first though! I have to say, I wasn't keen on meeting him, but the only reason I didn't cancel is because it was rude to cancel at such late notice. I apparently scared the bejeesus out of him by telling him he was rude :rotfl::rotfl: well, he was sitting waiting for his phone to go off while I was talking!! The second time we met up was the clincher though and after 15 months, I've just moved into his flatSo, it could be the one you aren't sure about! Good luck Jemma!!

Jemma, I like lowering the tone
Psycho - sorry to hear about the job, but the right one will be along soon enough.
I can't remember what other people have said as I've only been back an hour and I'm sleepy, so apologies but I have read it all and been sat here chuckling for half an hourSo thank you everyone for that.
Mini - persevere with the spending diary, I always seem to flake about now forgetting, this is my 3rd attempt in as many months and I am determined to continue with it. Just need to update todays spends (I went to that famous swedish furniture shop)
Oh and I shall scan and create the pattern in pdf for the coin purse first thing in the morning for everyone. I might even scan the pattern for the knickers, just in case! Jakes-mum, I know it's lovely when the OH buys knickers, but these are definitely the softest ones I've ever tried on
I have paid off another £1 to my c/c today thoughyippeeee.

Plus normally you can list 100 things starting at 99p a month for free. hope this makes sense xxPay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2023 #59 £7008 Paid £570 Owing £6438 #1 H1 £151, #2 H2 £100, #3 O £200, #4 M £1500, #5 Z £295, #6 C1 £340, #7 L £1084, #8 N £840, #9 C2 £19300 -

I used to do quite a lot of ebaying, then ran out of steam. It just seems such a pain these days and as I'm pretty sorted on the way to DFness I just can't be asked anymore. But I still have some randoms items that could and should be ebayed. Maybe one of these days...
Jemma, good luck with the internet dating!
