Well done for payments everyone. Choclover the credit is a good idea, I wasn't using credit but transferring a set amount to live on for food and petrol to a separate current account. It worked really well but this month it went wrong, I'm really cross! I now have £780 on my CC again!! I will pay half and half to this and DH's CC till it's gone so it has really set us back.
Right, 2 CC DDs set for the 11th but I'll declare them now...

Hi all,
I'm a bit bored this weekend, loads of tidying type jobs to do but I really CBA. We saved a tenner yesterday as the piano teacher was a no show, but we spent that £10 on a taxi home on BH Monday.:o So all in all we are sticking to budget.
I have already paid all Junes bills and our joint account is actually in credit
:D That hasn't happened for at least 2 years so I'm really happy. I have cash in my purse to pay for the next 2 weeks piano and riding lessons so there is no reason to draw out any more money until after pay day.
I've paid another £100 into my $ account for our holiday spends and our debt is now under £9500 :j:j

My kids are back at school on Monday, so I really ought to go and clean some shoes!
I hope you're all enjoying the weekend.

PS. I have got DH on board with the "cash budget".
He does all the food shopping on a Saturday - most is spent on the CC in the supermarket but he likes to use the local market for fruit & veg, which we use cash for. I gave him £40 on pay day which is £10 per week! He was told to keep it seperate & if he went over, he'd need to spend less the next week.:rotfl:
He's gone to the gym so I just had a peek in his wallet & 2 weeks in, theres £20 sitting in a seperate compartment :T:T10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -
:S it's all starting to blur into one! I can't remember if I've paid anything off this week or whether it all came under last weeks...
Update (I think!):

Well done Minicooper :T over a quarter of the way there :j :j
I have to say I feel absolutely rubbish today, think my body is giving up the ghost again and its really p***ing me off
everytime I build up a reserve of energy something happens and im back to struggling out of this darned chair  pack it in body, your like an old banger, back firing hunk of junk car, wish I could trade you in for a newer model
On a more cheery note, had to go to waitrose for some sausages for tea and they had Haagendaz on £2.96 :j :j The only icecream I can eat is the cookies and cream one so I bought 5
then drove by the petrol station on the way back and they were having a reduced fuel day so got half a tank on 131.9
(we dont live in a very cheap area
)
Had some money in from tax credits that I wasnt expecting, not sure if its my new regular payment (which I didnt expect for another week!) or a one off extra payment so am waiting until the date I expected it to see IYSWIM. If it is an extra (oh please I hope it is!) I can make a nice payment to the CC and put a nice little chunk aside in the kids uniform fund :j :jSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £2470.95/£1000 (19) £0/£10000 -
