I was trying to find Barbeduk to say a Huge CONGRATULATIONS for getting yourself debt free - and it's not even halfway to christmas yet!!
On my travels I spotted hismissus though:his_missus wrote: »Feeling rather grumpy today. Despite all my exercising this week and eating fairly well, I've lost no weight at all. Had a rant at the WiiFit man, called him a liar who was sulking cos we'd not used him all week, yes I know, I sound bonkers! :rotfl:
I thought it was worth saying not to cry over it! You might have lost weight and gained muscle? Or it could just be a certain time of the month? (you don't have to answer that one!) Our bodies fluctuate so much with water weight and all that nonsense.
I've been trying to lose weight for ages, but I've only lost about 1.5 st over 6 months because I keep sabotaging myself. I know I've had a few splurges but the biggest problem I have is the cost of dieting! Healthy food is so expensive and as much as I want to lose the weight, I know it means buying a whole new wardrobe 3 times over as I lose the 3 dress sizes I want.0 -
Oh and Happy Brithday Jakesmum!0
