Yes, it is correct. Why do you think it is not?

    Hi.
Thought it was only other nationwide ISA's you could transfer into Flexclusive.

Have taken my eye of this thread a little bit :o

Quite happy to have been put right though, thanks. :)

hi. not sure this is correct advice at all.

can someone who knows for sure please claify for this poster?
There were two answers to your question. Yes or No.

Why bother asking the question if you didnt believe the answer?

Hi I'm not sure i understand what you're asking? :)

    I DO believe the answer.

I saw your advice to the previous poster, wondered if it was corect and asked if someone could clarify.

I thought doing that would be quicker than re-reading the thread, conscious that the person who had asked may have been mis-advised.

In my next post i validated the fact i had not kept up to date with the thread but was very gratefull to hooloovoo for correcting me, and further thanked him for advice regarding
    reading threads before posting.

If it's the case that you take some kind of offence where there is none intended, i'm sorry, i can't do any thing about that.;)

    Hi KTF.

Yeah, my fault for not keeping up with thread!

Well done in getting all your ISA cash transferred in. :)

I would as well, but they're all tied up in a Santander FRISA :(

Take care, sorry for doubting you!

Hi everyone. I am a long time Nationwide customer, but have not got this 4.25% ISA last year (had already an earlier fix).

I am looking for a home for my new year (2013-2014) ISA allowance (only new cash ISA money). Is there any way (direct or indirect) to get this rate now?

    Afraid, no, you missed it.

The very best new ISA rate is 3% for a 2-year fix now.

Or you can do a combination of a high-interest rate current account and a monthly ISA contribution...........doesn't get you to 4.25% but above 3% on instant access if you do it right.....

I have just received a letter from Nationwide, which reads as follows...
I'm writing to let you know that following your contact with us about transferring existing cash ISA funds into your Flexclusive ISA, we've taken action to amend the product terms and conditions to ensure a consistent approach for all Flexclusive ISA savers. Please accept our apologies for this and for any confusion caused.

You'll shortly receive a letter from us confirming that existing cash ISA funds cannot be transferred into your Flexclusive ISA, which will be effective from 1st May 2013.

If you've already transferred existing cash ISA funds into your account they will remain there. Any instructions to transfer received after 1st May 2013 will not be accepted.

If you have any queries, please call us on 0845 6008155 or visit your branch where my colleagues will be happy to help.

Than you for saving with us.

So, you still have a chance to transfer any existing cash ISAs into the Flexclusive ISA from other providers, assuming you already have a Flexclusive ISA of course!

I would also suggest that you open your 2013-2014 cash ISA with Nationwide and transfer the funds to the Flexclusive ISA before the 1st May deadline (preferably using on-line banking)
