For yesterday:
In
Nothing!
Out
Um, nothing!
In my defence, the reason I did absolutely nothing to the house is due to me and the children spending a lovely day around my friends house. Win, win situation - we had a great time and I didn't have to do any housework / declutter as I wasn't home, therefore - in my little mind - it ceased to exisit for the day0 -
Confession time - I went to a bankrupt auction yesterday, and am now sitting surrounded by boxes. No idea where they are going - can someone please severely reprimand meYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

essexgal;)old enough to know better, young enough not to care;)0 -
Yes, what did you get? You must be feeling a little like a kids at Christmas, surrounded by new toys!!0

It is all new stock, pot pourri, candles, wooden sculptures, figures, wind chimes, mobiles, photo frames etc. etc.
I know I will make lots of money out of it, but as I started this thread 18 months ago, and haven't made much headway, I have a real space problem
It wasn't helped by the fact that I bought thousands and thousands of greetings cards and they are all stacked up in the bedrooms.:o
My son says that if anything happens to us, he will buy a box of matches ...You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
34 things finally listed on ebay...:j
  aaaaaaaaaaaaargh:mad:
I hate turbolister updates......they always change the categories I list in, and then I forgot that gallery is free so had to go and edit each item......and then turbolister had to 'check in with ebay, etc, etc ...just hope something sells now....
Nicki - what kind of problems are you having with turbolister.....not that I get on that well with it but maybe it's something I had earlier.
The problem is I don't have Internet Explorer 5 or 6 on my PC, only version 7 which eBay haven't got turbolister working with  So I now can't update the programme or anything.
Its not too much bother really as I quite like the new way of listing online with the new searches etc, much easier for me. I can always write the descriptions out in word or something anyway and just copy and paste:rotfl::rotfl: It also means I won't be doing my old trick of listing 50 items a time and then causing a huge queue at the post office
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

I really ought to try and list little and often, trouble is by the time ebay AND paypal have taken their chunks I prefer the cheap listing day - I don't sell as a business, just as a 'normal person'. If this lot doesn't sell I might 'dip my toe into ebid/ibootsale though.
I was thinking - if people have already stopped using ebay to sell, does that mean they don't visit so often to buy.....therefore it becomes more difficult for the remaining sellers to sell.....so more people stop......even less buyers.....ad infinitum (well not ad infinitum...will the last person to use ebay please turn off the computer......:rotfl: )
I really miss the way ebay used to be (like fun, and easy).

Alot of the stuff I have left to list is books & media which start at 5p listing anyway. Anything else I'll keep hold of until the next cheap listing day
Another reason for me spreading out the selling is that I'm starting a course on Monday which is 16 hours a week minimum (plus travel time, and homework), I'm studying through the Open Uni which is another 8-10 hours a week (in theory) and I'm trying to get sorted to move house so time is precious ATM. I'm not spending every night sat in front of the computer listing ebay stuff for hours on end as I need some down time or I'll crack up...although I think I'm half-way there already :rotfl::rotfl:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
