    Loosely connected to decluttering!

Am I right in thinking that Buy It Now on ebay means the buyer pays straight away?

Sold something yesterday BIN and it is awaiting payment - didnt think that was possible.

IN: A Cement Mixer (Dont ask)
    A Migraine!

    Out: My sanity
    1 ebay parcel

    great melvis.
i've done a bit more........... 1 parcel wrapped and ready for the post office but its too late to take it now, so must do in morning.
1 large bag of things for the charity shop, which i will take when i go into town next.
a question about eBay, if people pay with a debit or credit card do you need to have a Paypal account? I used to do eBay ages ago but closed my paypal account when i gave over chucking stuff. but as am back to de-cluttering big time i might put some things on ebay again, if i can be bothered, so, do i need to open a paypal account please?
    Thanks peeps.

Yeah, I'm sure you need a Paypal account to accept card payments. I think if you have a low feedback score (mine is 81) then they say you have to offer Paypal. I'm sure there was a notice about that when I was listing the other day.

I lie ... my feedback is now 86 ... 5 more people have received their items!

Think it may now be compulsory to offer Paypal!

It says this on my account in the payment methods bit of selling/revising an item: Because of your limited transaction history on eBay, you must offer PayPal as a payment method for this listing. PayPal is the safer, easier way to receive payments on eBay.

Not sure about doing the Street Sale tomorrow now...........been pouring with rain and might carry on into the weekend so it would be a waste of time.
Still, nothing to stop us shoving things in boxes ready for the next one.

    Out - nothing

In - bag of jumpers/tops given to me by my friend and very useful so they don't count as clutter do they ?
