Can't believe OH !! We were sat in the garden working out what we could sell at the Street Sale on Saturday, knock at the door and a boox of LP's has been dropped off for him !!! Why ? Because they were free he says
So there's me trying to declutter and he goes and starts filling it up !! Wouldn't be so bad but we've nowhere to put them and he's no idea what half of them are !!

    So.............

    In.............huge box of LP's:mad:

He's got a six foot long cupboard full of them, had more given him last year so I concocted something with piles of bricks each end and a pine plank on top for his extra records to slot under...........now this lot ! New lot isn't 4ft high.........about 3ft though and thats enough and at the minute they're still inside the front door where they were left:mad:
Haven't a clue whats there apart from Lindis Farn (have I spelt that right?)
If there are any Jim Reeves knowing my luck if I stuck them on e bay no-one would buy them.............tried that with my music papers and magazines so ended up giving them away.................lol

Whats the betting that at the Street Sale on Saturday we end up bring everything back in the house ..................:rotfl: Folk will have spent their money at someone elses house.........................lol

Mary, does your OH ever listen to his prized collection of LPs.
Could you suggest getting one of those gizmos that puts LPs onto discs, then you could flog the vinyl and let him play his Cds.

whatatwit - actually he does drag them out once or twice a week and listen to them. Something nostalic about the old albums he says and funnily enough my son is much the same, though he does put a lot of stuff on mini-disc now. Still hangs on to the album for the cover and details.
