What do you do, will it be easy to get other contracts

Should be OK, I am in IT management and can at least take a local project management job which will hopefully be less hassle and little commute - less money, but if OH's house sale goes through, it won't be so important.

I specialise in IT Service and Asset Management which is quite lucrative although I am likely not to bother seeking out another role - too stressful. As you can see the headache is stopping me sleeping now, so I am unlikely to go into the office tomorrow.
Ebay -payers - gggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrr - three no payment disputes in a week for me - never had one before - credit crunch has hit ebay!!

Yes I have a paypal dispute from a customer who is insisting the wireless router I supplied them with isn't working which was a real surprise as it was working for me. I have told them to return to me, and i will refund, but still no parcel turned up.

Then I have the two outstanding payments of which I have had no response to my emails.
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

I'm currently working my way through the old/retro consoles (mega drives, snes, master system, N64, dreamcast and gameboy advance) and related games and although I have all the power leads/controllers I am missing some console - tv connection cables. Am I likely to sell them without or should I give up on profit and freecycle them?

My OH managed to sell some older stuff - Nintendo, etc. We did a buy it now and it sold within an hour!

  • melvis, don't freecycle your old games consoles they really are collectable. dh friend makes aliving out of buying and sellling(at a huge profit!!) old games and consoles. he has a specilist(SP) shop on ebay. i would say theres a definiate profit in them. Don't worry about leads missing, if you just state it in your description.HTH

Must tell you all that i have finally reached the end of my major declutter:T
i have been at it since jan, and at one point i swear it got worse!!!! i now have the most clutterfree house and garage i have ever had!!! it's clean tidy and well organised(thanks to my label maker!!). it's all thanks to you lot for inspiration!!:T .

I have shifted two skips, two car boot sales, 12 bags to the charity shop, 2 to a friend, 3 car loads to the tip, and about 60 items on ebay.
i have also made about £500 in profit.

Now the hard part really starts, keeping it like this!!!! I've had a word with my kids and told them that i have every intention of keeping the house like this so no carp to be brought in the house unless it's ran by me first!!!!

when i figure out how to post pictures(i.e when son comes home from school and shows me) i will. I'm truly proud of my achievements:D

    Bye for now

Sometimes your the dog, and sometimes your the lampost..:p
  • Well done Sharron, your'e an inspiration!!:A

23 / 100 ebay items listed for me.

God, its such a slow process, most of the clothes have come from the loft, so the process of washing, ironing, checking them over.... then taking pictures and listing is leaving me drained...:o
My bedroom has been taken over by piles of clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!

And i'm determined, not to give up and re-bag and stick them back in the loft!!;)
  • Ooooh bids of £3.02:rotfl:
