what you got to realise what we do in t's is an ADDICTION to many of us, and we have got to get our FIX. Its a great buzz when dealing with the [STRIKE]trolls[/STRIKE] er i mean not so ood looking snotty cs staff that need retraining. we are simply teaching them their job. apart from that WELCOME to the thread.:D
