Just to let you all know, i picked up a leaflet in store today on the knife display but think it was meant for staff!
Its about the knife promotion, they are extending it until 20th May, although stopping issuing the vouchers on 22nd April so, if you want any more you only have a few days left to collect vouchers.
Also on this leaflet, it says that the NEW PROMOTION is FOR 70% off Wenger luggage.
STARTING ON 7TH MAY.
There is no picture on the leaflet so have no idea what is included in it..
Just searched and found this

Flying visit again! Evening elite
Gave the whoopsie run a wide berth tonight, christ almighty they unleashed the vultures. Poor reduction bloke ended up taking the stuff through the back to price, and I know this is quiet common in most places but us up north are usually quiet civilBloody shocking stuff.
Managed to bag some febreeze refill plug in thingies for 29p old xmas stock. IIRC apple and holly.
Oh and the price flops are instore sneckie posters and lurkers. R*tail and I*$hesI made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -

Heatherlea wrote: »I used a JTD at weekend in Mr T. On the receipt I had returned some of the shower gel and CS had marked the receipt. When I tried to use my JTD voucher the SA asked me if that was the product that the JTD was against. I said "No" which was truthful as the comparison was against frazzles. I asked him if it was the norm to check receipts for an item that might have been returned that had a JTD against it and he said "Yes, it's surprising what some people do to get a voucher". Since then I've received a JTD with the Oral B refills on for £16.xx and I've destroyed the voucher as the whole shop was for less than £40 and it would appear too obvious if they check the receipt that I'd returned the items.
How does everyone else get away with it, or do your stores not check when using a DTD or do customer services not check properly when returning an item on a receipt where the JTD has been used?
Hope this makes sense.
I use the JTD voucher first then go and get the refund for the product. I never get asked for the receipt. 10% chance and they never normally write anything on it. Once had them rip the bottom numbers off:eek::eek: and yesterday I had a SA try to rip the handwash coupon (£1 off one) in half:eek::eek::eek::eek: she stopped realizing it wasn't probably a good idea :rotfl::rotfl: so folded it in half.
Note however this is the first time I've done JTD + Return. Don't normally do it.
Batteries still showing as BOGOF online.

I have a feeling it will get rolled over..0 -
Oh and I put 66 pointer on today. The women at CS was a trout! Never used her before but she shouted. Two at a time and only two weeks. Looked at the receipts in great detail:o:o:o0

Heatherlea how's your dog? I hope he's ok.
Arnie's doing great, thanks for asking. He seems to be OK now at going up and down the stairs which is a relief. We're going to take him for a short drive in the car this weekend to see how he copes with travelling as we're going off on a doggy holiday to Scotland in a few weeks. If he can't cope with car travel, we'll obviously cancel the holiday.
I also had a phone message from the Animal Hospital yesterday as I'd emailed them for advice on him having another relapse as he's supposed to be going into kennels for a week in the summer. She's assured me that there's only a slim chance of recurrence and that we were unfortunate he'd had another attack. She also said that if we gave the kennels their number, if he became ill, they would take him in and look after him until our return. The only thing I don't know is who would take him the 75 miles to the Animal Hospital as I'm sure the kennels wouldn't want to do this. She gave me confidence anyway that he should be OK, so I was happy with this.0 -
