Hi everyone, I got 3 palmolive in Mr A today but when sa scanned coupon it came up "scan other barcode" or something, the young female sa (obviously) said "Oh it usually just comes off" then proceeded to put them through somehow so I got them but not without a wee sweat. Is this what has been happening to others?I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.

Just got 6 Palmolive from T's, put it into poop checker, scanned the coupon no problem so free if jtd comes back, if not they will be going back!!SIMPLES!0

Something similar happened to me in As today too. We used the self service tills and it came up with a message advising us to put the coupon a side and a SA would be on there way.
She had a read over them for a bit and then took off the £3 didnt think she was going to let us use them but didnt say anything.
Be in Ss late at whoopsie time so hopefull they work aswell.0 -
