Got this off a regular on here and very tasty it is and easy to do. :)

Hope they don't mind me posting the recipe. Mushy pea curry. They did post a pic.

The sauce is made with 2 tins mushy peas, 1 tin baked beans and 1 tin tomatoes, curry spices
(I used curry powder, coriander, cumin, garlic powder and chilli powder) and blitz till smooth.
Then stir fry veg and meat, stock cube and add the sauce, simmer for 20 mins and voila.
Sounds disgusting but tastes like chinese/chippy curry.
Makes a ton of sauce but I freeze it in portions for later

Omg how farty is that recipe?

That lot would keep me going (in both senses for weeks):rotfl:

Tell her to keep going and see it through, better it takes a little longer now than having to go back and study as a ahem 'mature' student with a family like I did.

    Wishing her all the best.

Thanks FloFlo, she did have doubts end of last year after failing the placement.

In fact the last placement was totally different, first one assumed lots of things they should not have. Her last practice tutor did recommended she made a complaint about the previous one but she decided at the end of the day she would gain much more from the experience of a third one. The last placement even forgot that unfortunately it only counted as her first and offered her a job at the end of it which of course she could not take. So she knows she must be doing something right now. :)
