Sorry I'm not Tilly! The old wives tale goes that garlic should be planted when the clocks change - so you can fit in two planting sessions a year! I just plant in the month when the clocks change and that seems to work fine!MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -

Thanks MRN for your reply :T. So I should be planting the garlic by the end of next month. This will be my first attempt at growing garlic.

Thanks Tilly, for your tip about broad beans. Will try to find some seeds/beans on sale.
Pay has hit my bank account. So, have made an OP of the designated £2K :j I am taking a break from fleabay, as my last sale of £19.99 has not been paid and I had to open a 'unpaid item' case and it hasn't been resolved yet. On top of that, no response from the bidder in spite of repeated prods.
I have now registered with preloved following MRN's advice. I have lots of books to sell. I used to sell them on GM, but lately with the postage increase, I am making only pennies. So, I haven't bothered with them. Might as well give them away to CS.

Good Morning

Past two days were NSDs. Today, I am planning to get the M@S dine-in and also pick up some bits and pieces from MrT so that I can use some MOCs that are expiring on 30th Sept. I have come within the grocery budget this month, so that is a good thing. If only, the petrol prices went lower, I can optimise on my fuel budget too!
Have a good day, everyone!

My morning has been quite productive so far - decluttered a bit and cooked some stuff. Hope next weekend is FLW on fleabay so that I list some. So far, made around £10 on fleabay. No NSD yesterday and today. Yesterday I went and bought the M@S dine in and some YS bargains. Today I have bought 3 clematis plants from V@n Meuwen. I saw a duo pear tree over there, but then the discount code had expired yesterday.

Today I managed to get a few MrT magazines which have coupons for laundry in the middle. Of interest is a £1 off Lenor voucher. In some stores, there is a £1 version available making it free. Even otherwise, there are some variants (21 washes) for £1.50 making the cost only 50p. Most of the coupons have a long validity until Feb 2013. I am hoping there will be promotions for these items any time in between. So, be on the lookout for the magazines, folks.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74
