As the owner of an accidental house I beg to differ :rotfl:.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

My last 2 have been 'accidental'!!! I get a bit carried away!
I've got a viewing next weekend.
Its sooooooo expensive but I have just found out its been on the market since xmas so there's gotta be room for negotiation!!

In other news this week.... OH has bought a brand new beemer.
Fair enough, its his money and he can spend it on what he wants but he gets the train to work and literally doesn't drive anywhere!!!
I think he's having a mid life..... :rotfl:

oh my I dont check in with the diaries for a while and now you are about to become a land owner !!!

how exciting. Cant wait to hear about house when you view it.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

I was another accidental house buyer last year  Still, it's only money. And my OH has had a classic Jaguar, a speedboat and now hankering after a vintage campervan as his midlife crisis. I wish he'd just go with another woman - it would be cheaper!
    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k

Ah well - your mid life crisis may as well have comfortable seats :rotfl:

He'd better drive the axles off of it, they depreciate like the clappers!
