smile dont rub in the fairy liquid put it on top leave it for a minute then add salt it should lift the stain and washing up liquid then when its dry hoover up salt hope it works for you it works on oil and coke and red wine so cant see a prob:)

FAO: hunteress, I didn't realise you couldn't see anyone's pictures, though it was just YM's!

To see other peoples' pictures, you need to do the following:

- click on "Quick Links" (drop down menu, just beneath where it tells you how many PMs you have)
- choose "Edit Options"
- scroll down until you see "Thread Display Options" on the main section
- tick the box that has "Show avatars" beside it

And Robert should be your father's brother :T

To upload your own picture:

- follow the first two steps above
- once on the "Edit Options" screen, look to the left and click "Edit Avatar"
in the "custom avatar" section (main bit of screen)
- choose either Option 1 (access picture from a website address) or Option 2 (download from the pictures stored on your computer - this is probably the easiest method)

Looking forward to seeing your new picture! Let me know if it doesn't make sense.

Hope everyone is having a good bank holiday.

Streaky: Welcome to the forum. I've only just joined but everyone has been really great. Just write down anything you need to know or just have a rant and I guarantee everyone will make you feel better!

I actually plucked up the courage to answer the phone today and I spoke to HSBC. The lady I spoke to was actually really kind and understanding. She explained that they had a debt counselling service which I could ring and they could arrange something but I explained that I would be doing everything through the CCCS.

I don't know why I'm so nervous about answering the phone. I just feel that the way that people feel about people in debt and those carrying out DMP's IVA's and bancruptcy is so negative and judgemental that I don't want to talk to anyone about it as I'm on the defensive before I even start.

I don't know what i'd do without all you fine people.
