hope you have nice time Smile! :hello: Kelly!
oooh I've thought about the lottery thing a lot! Pay of my and family debts, ensure my mum is sorted and give her money to do with what she will (probably something very good knowing her!!). Take kids on holiday and depending on amount, do good deedsI do't really know what I'd do with loads of money, but £300,000 would sort me and my mum and kids for life really!! £40000 would clear debts and give a hol. Not fussy - any little win would do

Hi all
stand by your beds IDA's in the house .... lol!! If I won the lottery I'd walk into the HSBC with one of those very large cheques that you see on charity shows and wave it at them and say "hastle me about my debts ... big mistake, BIG MISTAKE !!" (Think Richard Gere (cor) in Pretty Woman)!! Oh what a joy that would be. I've only ever been on a plane twice (aah) to Belguim and to Glasgow (does that count??) so I would go club class to New York and visit that toy shop in "BIG" where the keyboard is in the floor and play chopsticks, I'd take the kids to all the theme parks then take a road trip in an RV (you can take the girl from the caravan but you can't take the caravan out of the girl!!) go to Niagra, Canada, Hawaii and Australia. But the biggest thrill would definately be going into the HSBC - oh the thrill!! Anyway glad to see you're all back on form - you lot really help and deserve a pat on the back and a huge hug for keeping me sane and opening my eyes - but still no smilies so I'm sending them virtually.
Love and hugs to you all
IDA

Lots of hugs IDA
Kelly I think what your BF did re your mobile phone was exactly the thing to do. Especially with the amount of calls you've been getting.
Re programmes - I wanted to go on the Krypton Factor too or the Crystal Maze but only the Richard O'Brien version.
If I won the lottery - pay off all my debts including mortgage, pay off mum & dads ( although it will be paid next year anyway), buy a smallholding and live as ecologically as I could, some to charity and take holidays in Iceland, Africa, Alaska, New Zealand, Mauritius etc although that completely blows ecologically living out the window with all those airmiles I would be doing :rotfl: Then have a huge party for all my DMP friends somewhere posh with gift bags like they do at the Oscars:rotfl: :rotfl:
This is sooooo sad but I once got really upset one night because I was totally convinced I was going to win the lottery that night but I didn't. Must have been about the first year it started.:oThe person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Treasure Hunt was the one where the cameraman always ran along behind her although that may have happened in Challenge Anneka too.
How are you doing Sea?The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Helloooooooooooooooooo!!
I'm at that awful stage of packing when I think I've forgotten to put something really important in, which means that I'll not sleep for trying to remember it. Argh!
Gotta be up at 5am - ha ha - I'm never up at that time! That's teecee's carboot time, maybe she could give me some advice about coping with the trauma?
Blockbusters... now there's a show I'd love to go on. Or Telly Addicts! What about University Challenge? We applied to go on it :rotfl:Member #4 of the DMP Mutual Support Club - DFW Nerd #335

I'm like that too smile. I'll get to bed then remember something for the next day, lie awake for a while wondering if I'll still remember in the morning, decide I probably won't so get up and write myself a note. If I just got up and did that as soon as I thought of it I would probably save myself half an hour of worry. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Thanks for the reassurance Scottishmummy. It made me laugh cos I've got notes all over the place for me to look at in the morning. I'll end up forgetting about them!
Right, as they say in the North East:
"I'm gannin tae my bed..." (less than five hours of potential slumber time, the clock is ticking).
Have a fan-bloomin-stress-busting-money-saving-laugh-a-minute-tastic few days folks, I'll miss you all. Speak to you on Sunday. Look after each other, but I have absolutely no doubt that you will. Tooooooooodle-pip!
