Afternoon everyone. I haven't been on all week. Have had a bit of a bug and haven't been online much.

Welcome to all the new people and hello to all the old people.

Nothing new in my situation. Still waiting on the 1 creditor - GE to accept the DMP. I'm sure they will. I haven't done anything about the bank charges or missold endowment yet as I'm a bit scared. I hope to tackle the endowment next week, that'll be a start.

Attention of Quidco users, here's a few good deals:

Dennis Publishing - 6 free copies of this week - £4 cashback

Magazine Group - 3 issues of The Business for £1 - £10.40 cashback

    02 - claim 2 free sims - 35p cashback

    Get Me a Quiz - Register - 65p cashback

So there you go £15.40 back for spending £1 and a pile of magazines that would bore the you know whats of you. :rotfl:

    Hiya sparky03.
Just read your other thread, one of the first things we did was cancel sky, or try to, they gave me the full package for £18 for the next 6 months after i tried to cancel it.
After that 6 months was up phoned them back asked if they wanted to extented the offer they said no so i canceled.
This was hard as i have 3 sons and a little girl and a footy mad hubby who loved the sports channels, but guess what after 5 months with no sky now we have got used to it, and have found loads of programmes we enjoy watching together, that we wouldnt have even considered pre sky. CSI is our favourite!!
Other than the sky, i have to admit i too am with a fee charging dmp ( no not good i know) but i am so pleased with their service that we have deicided to stick with them, they phone we weekly and ask if everything is ok, they have helped me fill in court forms earlier in the dmp, managed to stop all intrest bar one creditor, and have helped me no end. Yes when i went to them i hadnt found this site and if i had i wont have even considered them, but after 14 months on the plan and all creditors happy im am a little unsure if to rock the boat by changing over to a none fee paying dmp. I know it will mean more money for the debts, but i have still cleared over 4k in a year which im so pleased about.
Keep letting us all know how you are getting on,
    Donna

    Hi everyone :hello:

Good to hear from you all. Welcome to the newbies. Lovely to have you here.

Not much happening in my camp apart from having issues with PayPlan  I'm not going to vent my frustration as I'm sure they are normally very good and don't want to unnecessarily put new people off using them and worry you guys who are already with them.

Just realised I haven't checked out whether YM has his first star or Joek's updated his signature yet. Back in a sec :rolleyes2

    No on both counts!

    Hi Ex :hello:

Thanks so much for the Quidco tips, I'm off to bag me some bargains now!

I'd advise any Pigsbackers to check out the dedicated thread on the other money saving board - it's F.A.B!
