  • Just to say that although I haven't posted I have still put money away, by my calculations just over £1200 so far in money saved by getting free cinema tickets, surveys done and free bingo wins.

I love to come and have a look at the way people get their money to pot, so just keep on potting peeps xxx

£2 potted yesterday and another £10 note today thanks to a Gumtree buyer :) Surprised at how fast it is racking up, only been potting for a few weeks. I'm sure if the money wasn't in the pot it would have just been frittered on nothingness!

I second the grumbing about "5 bags at a time"- my pot has mixed coinage in it so I've been disappointed when bagging it up to find there isn't that much that's "bankable"!

There seems to be a load of silver in my purse at the moment though so I think it might be joining the pot soon!

I'm pleased to see the split ticket app/site is up. Looking forward to when it covers advance fares so I won't have to sit there with an Excel sheet trying to work out all the permutations!

My pot was full so I've banked £410 and put the remaining £23 in a new pot. Saving for a special holiday later this year for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Edited my sig.
