Oh good bless him, chicken pox are so icky, Yes come back to the second purseAnd you need to buy some donald russell meat! I just had my delivery today and its so exciting opening the big white box :rotfl:.
My lovely sister came down on the weekend and decided to share her flu with me so I now feel like death warmed up, i'll batter her next time I see her. How rude! sharing your germs with someone with no immune systemJakes-Mum, give Miss Lily a big hug from us. Hope she's ok.
Only potted 61p this week.
Miss Lily is fine, has totally forgiven me for allowing the lady to stab her, she told the nursery ladies all about itand just didnt know why I had allowed it to happen. When I picked her up 3 hours later she greeted me with 'why did that lady stick me in the hand mum?' Your 4! your supposed to have forgotten in that time .

Another £5.45 added to the pot
Got quite a bit of change today somehow, although 1p of that was roadkill - well, found behind the tv roadkill
I did spend £35 on myself - needed a new winter coat as my other one was ripped to shreds inside and got some body butter because I ran out.
The coat was from debenhams, was on sale because the winter season is over and it was £100 but got it for £30! Bargain, I love it! The body butter was the blueberry one that I love and use almost daily.
Strange thing about that though... When I popped in originally they said they couldn't sell it to me because they only sell the blueberry one when it's on sale, but the lovely lady checked if she could sell it to me anyway for the normal price (£12) and then she went to speak to the manager... she came back and said that she could sell it to me - at the sale price of a fiver!
Happy days!
Although, on a sad note, but haven't said on here (or anywhere for that matter) me and my girlfriend of 2 1/2 years broke up a couple of days ago
Glad I got the stuff cheap otherwise I think I would have spent a lot more than that on the coat... needed the retail therapy!
Life goes on!
Anyway... bedtime for me, have to be up in six hours! Night night folks!
Sorry to hear about your breakup Tomjo7. Feel free to come on here and vent whenever you need to.Sealed pot challenger#1677

Wowsers, luckycharlie- that's impressive! Haven't been on VO in ages as my connection/computer (whichever) at home is really slow and it seems a bit of a cheek to use work's connection to do it during my lunch breakSealed pot challenger#1677

Hello!
I have been lurking on here for a while but wanted to dip my toe in and say that this thread has inspired me to start a sealed pot of my own! Superglued the lid onto a coffee jar... made a very poor job of cutting a coin sized hole in the plastic lid though :rotfl:
Decided not to count it as I go but enjoying putting money in it and looking forward to cashing in the first full jar! That said, think I have put about £7 in this first week...
Any tips for making holes in plastic lids?0
