Donald Russell meat is the best, only problem is once you taste it you wont want to eat the SM stuff again, even DH who is a walking dustbin was horrified when I said we were on our last lot of burgers and demanded to know when more would be arriving :rotfl::rotfl:

I think this is a brilliant idea, and I want to join in with the saving fun!!

I know its a bit late in the year to be starting now but due to starting a new job and my first pay day just around the corner I think its the perfect time to start saving!

Welcome JoJo, its never too late to join in with the potting, grab yourself something you can seal up (or cheat and buy a tin :D) and start chucking that change in

Our resident stick wielder (aka the boss) Sue-UU wull be along at some point to allocate you your very own, one of a kind, never to be returned, changed or upgraded number. She will ask that you read the 1st post that gives you lots of very interesting and useful info. She will also ask you to pop your number in your signature, and woe betide if you dont as thats when the stick comes out.

Sparky 'The roadkill king' is our official counter upper, if you bank or remove any money from your pot during the year it helps him very much if you pop the amount in your sig next to your number.

Now get potting and talking as they are all very nosey here and like to know all about your life (ive tried to break them all of the habit, but as I say they are increadibly nosey)

I will most definitely pop my number into my signature!! Wouldn't want Sue-UU to bring out the stick!!

I have previously been saving all my pennies from my change when out shopping (anything below 10p) and have approx £7 in various bags ready to go into my new pot!!

I'm not saving for anything in particualr, I would just like to get to the end of each month without having to dip into my overdraft and have some saving to my name! At 24 I think it's time to start thinking about possibly saving a deposit for a house one day.

    Welcome JO84

As Jakes -Mum has said enjoy yourself on here just come on and tell us everything :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: You will find that Jakes- Mum and myself are role models so if you follow us you will be OK don't listen to those that tell you otherwise. Ask Sparky he is always saying how special we are.

You could even make a pot!! Just avoid asking NU1ISIT for advice one Mr Tumble is enough for any thread!!
