Welcome Mozzy to the pottiest challenge on the MSe boards
grab yourself anything with a hole in the top, seal it up and start chucking your change in it
Our seargeant major Sue-UU will be along in the not to distant future to give you your very own, not to be lost, begged, borrowed or stealed number and will ask you to pop it on your signature and also to read the very first post that im told has lots of very useful and important info about the challenge
Sparky *The Roadkill Warrior* is our official counter upper and gives us the total saved each and every year :kisses3: it helps him very much if you ever take any money out of your pot to bank/spend etc to pop it in your signature next to your shiny number so it doesnt get missed out from the total
LC2 and I are the threads *special* girls (well thats what Sparky calls us, which im sure can only be a good thing) we keep it very lively and fun and are always on our best behaviour so dont believe anything this motley crew tell you about us
Finally enjoy saving, its up to you if you want to save this month, open on 29th with the rest of us and then start again for next year or just save from now till next december 1st, or even save for a special occasion at some point in the year, its your pot so youdo whts best for youSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
Another £2 coin from the lovely ldies at the post office
plus another £2.05 in change as Miss Lily wanted a Toy Story Mag and was 58p short, was much easier to take all her change and give her a £10er to pay than dig out 58p (and deprive my tin of 58p change )

Emptied my work tin on to the floor earlier this evening meaning to start counting it but haven't got around to it yet, need to make a start so I can get the money in the bank and use it towards the deposit and first months rent on my new flat. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

When I get some change I have 9.18 VAT refund to put in the pot. Can't wait for the 29th, I'm just really curious about how much is in there, as well as liking the idea of having a bit more cash!Trying to keep in budget.
