Sealed Pot Challenge 5 ~ Part 2

Hi MrsNoonar, of course you can join us! Our trusty leader Sue-uu will be along sometime soon to give you a membership number to put on your signature. Post #1 on here tells you all you need to know but just ask if you're not sure. Your pot sounds lovely and you have got off to a very good start already by the sound of it. If any of us bank any cash from our sealed pot savings we add it to the total on our signature so that our counter upper sparky can do the totals without getting a headache
Good luck and welcome!
I have sold a book on Greenmetropol*s and after postage made the grand sum of 80p so I have potted it today. Savings are very slow at the moment as there's still over a week to payday. I am ekeing out the H/K budget by baking but the downside is I made some more cheese scones this morning and have eaten 3 warm ones for lunch (I am ashamed to say) with the leftover bits of salad from the fridge. nom nom nom....my poor waistline:o
Enjoy the lovely sunshine everyone xSealed Pot Challenge #012

Welcome MrsNoonar, to the pottiest thread around.
DH went out to close the gate after the council had removed our old suite and found a £1 coin where it had been. So, not only did we have it taken away for free, the pot benefited too.
jakes-mum, my DH is the same. When we first married, 39 years ago yesterday, he made most of our furniture and ornaments. He can make something from nothing. I've been very lucky with him.
Hugs to all in need of one.S.P.C. 9 2016 No. 062 Banked £337.50

Thanks for such a warm welcome everyone!
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.
I have no idea how much is in my pot so it will be a lovely surprise come November. I'm amazed at how much some of you have already got in your pots - well done!
I've just joined up to the site as I'm hoping to move in with my boyfriend in September, so we'll be sort of starting from scratch with house things - we've both lived in shared houses at uni but now moved back home with parents. I'm doing a placement year and then I have a final year left at uni so I realy need to budget well while I'm working and save as much as possible!
I just added another 35p to my pot - yippee!Sealed pot challenge 5 #18220 -
Just wrote a reply which didn't post
Anyway it said that I too am watching the Tour de France and hoping for a Cav win today :T
I have added a bit to the pot in the last few weeks. Although I don't think I'll have anywhere near what I got to last year I am happy to have saved anything so will just keep on potting what I can :j
Hope everyone is well and potting to their hearts content.
