HAPPY THINGS:
Woot woot! to MadScientist for finishing an eyeshadow! :j
(Thank you for the hugs)
and
Wondercollie - I can't think of anything more appropriate for Vegas than gold eyeliner! How GLAM :rotfl: (I love your explanation for the Aveeno! I'm not sure that my Mum knows or would understand the word metrosexual!)
I hope that you have a fabulous trip
It gets worse. A bottle of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear "The Real Teal" nail polish fell in today. It matches my new dress!
My youngest son, well he's so well groomed at times he makes David Beckham seem like a beginner! If he was a couple of inches taller he'd be on a runway somewhere. He's wearing his kilt to grad in two weeks (our version of the American Prom) and MY hairdresser has gifted him a shampoo, blowdry and style for it!!! She's met him a couple of times and thinks he's sophisticated, so I'm not just a bragging Mum.0 -
Kiplingmonkey - Thanks for the hugs - much appreciated. What do you think of the Philosopy fragrance?? I was really pleased with it:j Stay strong with the LE offer. i'm not a fan of this stuff, reacts with my skin really badly, so no chance of it tempting me!!
Itzybitzy - that is amost impressive in list - I bow to you:D:D:D WOW!
Rosemary - glad the SSB box is on it's way, lets hope it arrives soon!
SuiDreams - thank you for the hugs - much appreciated!

Another UU from me!:
Dove Invisible Dry anti-white mark deoderant
I've used this for years and it does the trick but does still leave white marks if I dress too quickly. It does an OK job but I'm more than happy to try a similar roll-on at a similar price if anyone knows of a better one
And 2 IN's (both free samples):
Purely Natural Skin Acne cleanser
Purely Natural Skin Basic Moisturiser?
The latter I think is a moisturiser, the bottle doesn't say and I can't remember what I asked for! :rotfl:"Why, this is hell, nor am I out of it."0 -
Evening all. Hugs to those who need them, some of your are having shocking times at the moment, let it pass soon (fingers crossed). I just popped in to declare some ins. DH bought 2 tresemme shampoos and a conditioner the other day on 3 for £10. No time to be served as we had no conditioner and we have half a bottle of shampoo. I will decant this into an empty shampoo bottle though because it doesn't fit on the side of the bath and drives me nuts when it keeps falling in.
I notice that they are now only 900 ml bottles, they used to be 1000 ml. They also used to be available for 2 for £5. Shows how long it is since I bought it, we've been using Alberto balsam for the last 4 years.

another miserable day and DH off early,he did not tell me he was getting up early so I wondered why it was so dark when he brought the tea....6.30:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:it will be the same tomorrow as he has his conference call and on saturday the window man is returning....not had a lie in for over two weeks:(:(:(
toe nails now "smashed"....turquoise with white on top.
fingers crossed SSB box will arrive today, was going to go out this morning but decided to wait in for it(again!)
hugs to all who need them.
we decided to go away for DHs birthday as had an email about an offer at our fav hotel.......tow nights B&B plus a bottle of bubbly, two 30 min treatments in the spa,a £30 Espa voucher and a return free spa day(tho as it is 2 hours away may give that to DS3 who lives nearer)PLUS we are adding a massage for DH and a body wrap for me:j:j:j:jnot for a few weeks but something to look forward to as not going on hols(yes I know we have been to Tenerife already this year but seems ages ago:rotfl:)till Sep.
thinking of getting a lux ped next week as DH away, think it may be the bad weather but feeling very lethargic(and not convinced the virus I had has gone for good as still having the nausea and buzzing in ears now and again) and not wanting to do anything much so need a few treats.
