    Happy Easter everybody. I give up chocolate for Lent every year, have done since I was little, but it never gets any easier. So I shall be looking forward to using up some Easter eggs!

    Me too - that has been a long 40 days without chocolate! Still, not long now!:EasterBun

    Managed a UU as well:

    Givenchy Amarige perfume - WNBA - used to love this when I was younger so decided to try it again as I can no longer get Clinique Simply. Anyway, haven't really enjoyed using this - it didin't smell half as nice as I remember. My quest for my HG perfume continues... May use some samples next to try to make more of a dent in my stash.

    Happy Easter everyone! :easter::easter_ba:easter:

    I shal start with the Ins:

    L'Oreal Dream Blush in apricot. Did a bit of research on a creamy blush in a shade I would suit and found that this was getting some great reviews and it is a price I liked. As I don't have any blush now this is a needed IN - only taking 18 months to have one of those ;)

    L'Oreal Highlighting Concealor pen - I am out of under eye concealor and my YLS one hasn't arrived. I do need to leave the house this weekend so again another needed IN.

    And now for the UU :T:T:T:T

    Persciptives concealor. I bought this three years ago and have used it just about every day for under my eyes. Definately a :money: product which really worked well. Unfortunatly it was discontinued hense the quest for a suitable replacement.

    Clinique Repairwear eye cream. It was a GWP but worked reasonably well. Still not found my HG yet.

    Louise Galvin Volumising Shampoo - My HG and have one left in my stash. I am thinking about trying my Tigi Superstar set now as this is also SLS free and I have heard good things.

    I have also tried out today my Clinique Gentle Light Powder. It is similar to BM (I think). Really liking it so far and the coverage is good. I am not happy with the Clinique liquid foundation I am using just now as it seems to be lying on my skin.

    Hope everyone is having a lovely day.

    EDIT - TA Clarins lipstick - really old and found in a bag I haven't had out in ages.

    I used to live in Gorton near Reddish and sand in a choir in Reddish!!!!my sister still lives in Denton just a few streest from where Reddish starts!!not far from the Bulls Head(if it is still ther)

    I used to work in Denton and travelled in by bus so went past the Bulls Head every day. I rarely travel that way now and know the pub was closed down for a long time. Not sure if it has re-opened.
    Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • I have a Mooncup and I love it! It took a few months to properly get used to it, but I couldn't go back to tampons now.

    I have more toiletries than I thought at home :eek:

    Not posted in April yet;

    Have a couple of use ups in the last few weeks; a face wash; and a shower gel but far far too many ins.

    Stiil waiting for my New CID an Nails Inc Juicy Sheers as the package has gone walkies; an bought the Mally TSV today as well.

    Have bought a couple of Sally Hansan triple packs from Poundland, lipgloss lipstick an nail poilsh in each. Also a gllittey black polish.

    I bought two A England Polishes in the sale; and 7 more polishes from ebay.

    I bought a one of those Dessert body butters from Pounland (clearly forgotting the 19 i have stashed)

    I am now dithering over the NUbar Polka Dot polishes on beautybay.

    I won a raffle at my friends house. It was smellies. In the box is a bar of soap in the shape of a pair of bright green wellies. This strikes me as a bad omen! I was so in excited about it that I haven't even taken it out of the carrier bag I was given it in. Perhaps I should just put it straight into the gift cupboard?
    Very quiet night at work last night, don't expect it to be like that tonight and think it will just get worse over the weekend.
    Very dry skin on my forehead so put loads of night cream on this morning on my way to bed. Hope it's settled a bit.
    Enjoy your weekend everyone :)

  • Today's UU:

    Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream

    I really did like this cream a lot. It was not too heavy on me, and it really did keep my skin moisturised all day long. I just got the benefit skincare to try, but I may bounce back to this afterwards. We shall see :)
