Forgot declare an in too. Didn't have any deodorant at the hospital and was really hot and smelly by friday night. Forgot to get DH to bring mine so sent him a text when he went to try and get DD some slippers. I said to get me a dove stick on mr t's as boots doesn't sell it. He comeback with a dove stick from boots but it was a cucumber jobby.
He was so pleased with himself, "I thought you'd like a change because you always have the blue one, so I got you this". :( I don't really like it from what I can smell through the packaging. Will need to go and swap it for a blue one.
Chuffing heck, have just had a look online. The deodorant was £5.30! It's usually only £1.67  definitely returning that one then!

Hello Willowbee - glad to see you back! Hope that you're soon feeling right again.

Kaz - sending hugs to you and your DD. Hope that she is soon feeling much better!

Well, I didn't get the Elemis TSV. I just could not be bothered to stay up on Sat night, and by the time I tuned in on Sunday it was gone!. I am on waitlist - only because the collection is less than the cost of the PCMC, which I will always use.

UU - PCMC - onto my Decleot hydra floral now. TBH, when I went looking for a moisturiser in my collection I did not seem to have many. This thread is possibly working for me??? But I did have a slight 'wobble' at not having several more moisturisers in stock - hence the waitlist!!

Hope everyone had a good weekend in that horrible weather.

Final couple of last minute IN for April from today's shopping trip:

Primark Gentle Face Wipes twin pack - a total bargain at £1, these are fragrance free so I'm hoping are going to be kinder and more agreeable to my skin than the pink ones seem to be (these are in a white pack)

The Body Shop Almond Hand Cream 100ml - wanted some in any case and had bid for some on Ebay, all hand cream in store today was half price so couldn't resist, probably would have bought more but wasn't sure whether I'd also won the Ebay one, didn't and was quite pleased for once!

Going to skip over to the new thread now and post my updated stash list once I've edited it x

Well my Lux box hasn't come so will declare that as an in in May. I will post my totals later in case I manage any more UU today.
  • Don't think I will have any more UUs this month so just dropping by to declare 19 OUTs for the month - had quite a few INs too but am pleased to have used 19 things from the stash.

Am hopping over to the new thread now to prepare for May.

I buy Simple cleanser which is £2 at most stores not called Boots :D and packs of cotton wool squares. For toner I get witch hazel (at stores not called Boots) and dilute with water 50:50.
For moisturizer I've started to use coconut oil. Though sometimes I use olive oil or sesame oil (not the toasted variety!).
The cleanser lasts for ages. Just when you think it is done, cut it in half and get EVERYTHING out.
The squares are good too. If I am going under the shower anyway I use one side for cleanser and the other to tone - so just one used. Can't be doing with those 'orrible little round uns :D

Oh guys, just after my last post (Friday 11.40) I had a phone call from DD's school. Fallen and hurt herself ambulance on it's way. We have spent the whole time since then at Bristol children's hospital (fantastic place) and she had an op on her very badly broken arm done yesterday. She's home and safe now after a hideous time with masses of morphine. Feel sick every time I think of her arm. I'm so proud of her, she was so very, very brave.
Needless to say, my birthday didn't happen. Never mind, I get to be 33 for another year :D

Oh Kaz, my heart goes out to you. It's every mother's worst nightmare. Hope she heals soon. Take care. Val x

i think I'm going to have to avoid the offers for now :( I've got 2 unopened LE moisturisers, 2 unopened Elemis ones and an unopened bobbi brown one in the stash along with an unopened IBST. the only thing i might need is the cleanser but i won a 100ml C&P off the sunday times the other day for voting in their beauty awards so hopefully when that gets here and with the travel sizes I've also got, I'm set until at least the end of summer! I'm going to try and hold off or just repurchase the cleanser until they do the offer of buy all 3 and get the superskin oil free. its always the best value and the oil is expensive full price. either that or i'll throw a liz earle party :rotfl: when they start up its worth hosting one, they give the host a free full size set of C&P, IBST and choice of moisturiser and every attendee gets a 30ml C&P.

I've had a postcard from QVC today about the TSV. Doesn't give anything away other than there will be "5 full size favourites and two handy travel sized treats".

Love HG lists. Gives me inspiration for the products that I haven't found my HG in yet. Here's mine:-

    Cleanser - Elemis Balancing Cleanser
Toner - Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic
Day cream: Elemis Pro Collagent Marine Cream
Night cream - Liz Earle Skin Repair Normal/Combination
Facial Oil - Decleor Neroli oil - though I tend to use this in Winter when my skin's a little drier.
Face Serum - Gatineau Melatogenine Force Collagen. Mind you haven't bought this for a long time as it's so expensive and only lasts a month. Still haven't found other to compare it to though.
    Make Up Remover - L'Oreal
Eye Cream (Day) - Don't bother - the PCMC works on my eyes
    Eye Cream (Night) - (vacant)
Body Wash - any Philosophy or Bath and Body Works one. Only Philosophy available over here though.
Face Mask - Decleor Herbal Clay Mask
Bubble Bath - any Philosophy shower gel I have open
Body Scrub - Soap and Glory Sugar Crush
Body Lotion - Don't have a particular HG. There are many that I like which include Liz Earle, The Body Shop and Boots Extracts.
