I think you introduced the term somewhere in this forum. And I am not on electoral roll. I have told them in advance. Proof of address should work fine. This is what I have been told.0 -

Proof of address is fine. They do an identity check and an electrol/address check. Used my Maestro card for the first time last Saturday. Who wanted a Citi account anyway!0
