They give up! They have done that 1,000s of times, and never once, to my knowledge, Court. There won't be many going to court after the last debacle for VCS (part of the Excel group); got thoroughly caned a few days ago. Case slung out, Judge wants to know why it was ever brought as turns out PPCs have no right to try to bring cases.

Zenith have not bought the debt from DRP because they are well known to be the same company - they are mentioned every other week on here. Zenith do not do Court, this has also been said loads of times on other threads. Why not look at other recent threads or just search the parking forum for the word Zenith?

This was what I suggested at the time:

I enclose two letters I received where, in the second one, an individual calling himself 'James Wilkins' has copied your signature. Hopefully with my help you can investigate and find the perpetrator in your office. Perhaps they are even in the next desk along seeing as I also notice that both 'companies' use the same company reg no 6774150, vat reg no 977956045 and indeed consumer credit licence no 624357.

Coincidence? I think we should be told.

I look forward to the next thrilling instalment, can't wait.
