I'm allready on it, will be photographing the envelope with the letter in it, you can also see NOTICE OF, and they put If undelivered return to DRPL Ltd and their address on the front of the envelope.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0 -

What does the letter say?
NOTICE OF IMMINENT ABANDONMENT OF ATTEMPTED SCAM?
Seriously, complain to OFT, that is disgraceful and as you say, clearly deliberate.0 -
Well another letter from debt Recovery Plus arrived today, I haven't opened it as I want to seek legal advice as yet again the words Debt Recovery Plus are clearly visable in the window and this must be an abuse of the Data Protection rules, it is clearly done to cause maximum enbarasment to the reciever.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

Keep this one unopened, if you want to sue these people for harassment then they will be embarrassed by it in Court.0

Well, after 2 letters from Debt Recovery Plus, they have now passed the case on to Zenith collections, with an offer of paying a reduced amount (£50) so much for Debt Recovery Plus's brash claim of not believing what certain forums say, they always pursue cases through the courts if necessary.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

They don't tell lies, do they? OMG!!!
A couple from Zenith, then you will see which people told you the truth.0 -

Not sure how to read that:
Does that mean a couple of letters from Zenith then court?
or
Does that mean a couple of letters from Zenith then they give up?I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0 -
