Brilliant news :T:j:j But be prepared to wait on the money. I know my acceptance letter got to Tesco 3 weeks ago and the cheque is still outstanding. On top of that, they advised me to change my SO (active loan) to a lower amount and I received yesterday a letter stating I am in arrears by the amount of the PPI as they still haven't adjusted the loan or advised the loans department

Thanks for the update TakingControl, I hope you get sorted soon, I was wondering how long they take to pay up as they didn't have a timescale on the letter, so thats answered that question....

I spoke with someone in the PPI department today and he reckons it takes about 28 days for the cheque to be issued and at that stage they should update my outstanding loan amount accordingly (only 2 more payments left :j ) and not to worry about the arrears letter.
