Oh hopefully not to much longer for you then light at the end of the tunnel....I'm up to week 7 so a while to go yet but at least with Ignites updates I now know what timescales I'm looking at....

:T to all your wins. My claim has been with Tesco since 08/03/2012 for an active loan and I spoke to them yesterday as its been 10 weeks. Apparently its with a case handler, no mention of QC department. The lady I spoke to reckons another 2 weeks until I hear

From Ignite's posts it takes about 16 weeks

Well now week 9 and no reply from Tescos yet so I rang them, the lady on the phone said they were awaiting some more information from internal departments and as soon as they have that it will be sent to a case handler who would then pass it for quality checking, and then a letter would be sent to me to either accept or not, it all sounds promising but I'm a bit annoyed that the 8 weeks has been and gone and I'm not even at the case handler stage yet, and haven't even had a reply from Tescos asking for more time....
