any returns in last 3 days leading to concers are PROMOTER RETURNS , and if applicable fan club returns0 -

How does that work for multiple occupants people booking on different credit cards in the same household though??
all they do is an address search/postcode a lot easier than name check.......
next time if your house number is say 37... book the 2nd lot under 37a0 -

Fair enough. I'm disappointed for the people who won't be able to go and I feel so stupid because in the panic I never saw the "per household" bit. They said they only cancel the duplicate order though, and not the whole lot.
My friends will have to get back on the website.
Bet there'll be 10000s of tickets back on sale as so many people must have made the same mistake or deliberately tried to break the rules.0 -
hey - i booked using ticketmaster and got 2 tickets for the Friday 7th show and then 2 tickets for the Saturday 8th show - is this OK or have I broken any rules?
thanks:beer: :j

I'm worried now - will they cancel both mine and my husband's order and ban us? I shouldn't have been so generous and thought of my friends!!0
