We were fortunate to get others though but on our confirmation e-mail it doesn't say where abouts we are sitting.

I know this doesn't help those that are having problems, however, I hope to add a teensy bit of reassurance re: Seetickets. My conf. has arrived and the money has been debited. I'm really sorry (knowing what a struggle it was for us all yesterday morning) for those that this hasn't worked out for :-(

I'm really sorry to read of others having their tickets cancelled. This has happened to me in the past, it makes you feel so gutted and helpless. I hope you all get sorted in the end and hopefully with better seats than SeeTickets would have offered anyway !

I've just checked my SeeTickets order status and it reads: 02/03/2007 - Outstanding faults with order, please call us between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, or email us at customerservices@wayahead.com.

Now, I've had that in the past and all has been ok when I've called. In this case it may just mean that the order isn't complete as the seats haven't been allocated ? Also, in my case, it could mean that I've been rumbled again ! Er, I was banned for life from SeeTickets after being caught selling a pair of tickets for the Who last year ! ( Don't include seat numbers or reference details on your images of tickets ) Strange though as another order I placed with them the same day for another band seems to be ok and is showing as waiting to dispatch ?!

I know that SeeTickets are really hot on stamping down on multiple orders or orders from those banned like me. Even if a different credit card was used on the same PC ( and they know it's the same as they log the IP address ) they will question it as being a multiple order destined for Ebay. If more than 6 tickets are ordered, SeeTickets are likely to cancel ALL ticket orders and not just those over the amount allowed ( unlike Ticketmaster ). This I feel is really unfair as sometimes you don't know whether an order has gone through or not and you're not gonna wait until the tickets have all sold out to discover this !

I'm not convinced that my SeeTickets order will go through. Fortunately, due to help shared by those on this board, for which I am most grateful, I have secured tickets through Ticketline. I've the venue I wanted, the date I wanted and I know I have great seats. None of this I know from SeeTickets yet. Shame they won't even let me cancel my order and put these tickets up for grabs again ! No, they have you completely over a barrel.

Here's hoping there's a happy ending for everyone !

dont know if this helps anyone that cant get through to seetickets re cancelled order,
i have my confirmation but got worried when i saw other peoples cancelled, but couldnt get an answer from seetcikets, i rang the bank last night and they said no payment had been taken, so was awaiting the awful tickets cancelled email, however ive rang the bank again this am and even though the payment isnt showing yet on my account the girl looked for me and it was in payments pending at the bank so will go thru in the next few days, might be worth a try to phone the bank to confirm?

See tickets to have a max number of tickets you can order in total which is 6 so if you booked 4 and then went back for another 4 one lot will be cancelled. I had this problem, ordered two for my sister and then a group of friends offered to go and buy my ticket for me (couldnt afford it to be honest) so i placed an order for them for 6 tickets.....one order has been cancelled saying the bank refused payment however it was payday on Thursday so the funds were there. Ive just called see tickets and they told me i had gone over the ticket allowence. Oh well, no free TT concert for me after all.

I got two for my daughter yesterday for London.
It seems to be going through OK so far. Got the confirmation email with ref number and just checked the tracking system which says:
SEATS
Ticket price £49.75 (including £4.75 booking fee)

Order status We are waiting for these tickets to come into stock, when they arrive we will send to

No money showing as left my account yet though.
Maybe those who ordered small amounts got through whereas the larger amounts got screwed up in their numbers limiting set up?

I cant beleive the pain I went through trying to get these tickets for my wife.
I had 8 tabs open on the internet all trying to book tickets through various websites and also with my spare hand phoning non stop. I was about to give up at 10.30 when I managed to get all the way through the process on ticketmaster and when I got to the end and it actually accepted my payment it felt great after such a long battle, I dont know how I would have felt if I didn't get any. Thankfully with ticketmaster it show all the details when I booked. Does anyone know if these seats are any good?
