Hey guys, havent posted in a while! Just to let you guys know, I had a start date a while back but couldnt answer the phone! So i had to wait.. again! I've been waiting almost 2 months for my call (in total) And on friday (whilst my girlfriend was giving birth to my beautiful daughter) I was given a call to let me know I start on October the 1st! I'm over the moon! So to all the people who are waiting, be patient! All will come in time!

Thanks for update Yass. What I don't understand is the maths of the whole thing, lets say there 1500 jobs, why bother having so many applicants ? Hopefully if the mark is around that of 17000 they will be phoning the lower scoring people to tell them they haven't got the job, at least then they can move on and look else where.

I find 17000 passed interview bit large no. if u think the process start around 1st of july and for every working day form that day to today they took 15 interview a day, which i assume from my batch size of 7 at a time when i done my interview, then no. will come to around 950 interviews and now if i double that or treble or fourfold this no this will not reach 17000 and i belive taking 17000 interview is marthon task and no company would like to hv that sort of pool..

i belive the total passed interview should fall around 1500 max so far if the process start form 1st of july. dont know about how long they doing it for CB though

Ive only been waiting for under 2 weeks, but I dont think there will be 17,000 people that have passed the interview stage. That seems way too high.

I just this min got an email from Jag;

"
Further to our previous e-mails we wanted to update you as to where you are currently in the recruitment programme for Jaguar Land Rover Castle Bromwich.

As you are aware you have successfully completed all stages of the recruitment process.



We are currently waiting for confirmation of our next set of positions at Jaguar Land Rover. Hopefully we should have this information in the next two months."

2 months. I need to start applying for other things.
